- A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.

We use music we have the right to use. Trending sounds change quickly and their licence rules differ between platforms and between personal and business accounts. If you want a specific sound, you can add it inside the app when you post, and we leave room for it in the edit.
Sometimes. Public spaces may need permission, and the noise and crowd affect the sound. We check the place during the location visit and tell you if we need a permit or a quieter spot. We do not film people's faces in the background without checking the rules first.
We need your logo, your brand colours if you have them, the products or props to be filmed and a short note on who will be on camera. A named person on your side who can say yes or no on the day keeps the shoot on time.
