Astrafolio ("we", "us", "our") operates astrafolio.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Astrafolio is a digital agency based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, providing web development, mobile app development, AI automation, digital marketing and social media management services to clients worldwide.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, request an estimate or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline and the details of your message.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard usage data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. No analytics or marketing scripts load until you accept.
Information from scheduling. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address and chosen time slot under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To schedule and hold calls with you.
- To deliver services under a contract with you.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and equivalent storage.
- Necessary. A local storage entry that remembers your cookie choice. No tracking.
- Analytics. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, loaded only after you press Accept.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings back the consent banner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it. We use reputable providers with their own security programmes, and we sign non-disclosure agreements with clients on request.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
