You own the code, the designs and the accounts once the agreed payment is made. We sign a contract with the scope and price in it, and an NDA if you want one. Take it to your own solicitor, and tell us if a clause does not fit. We will talk it through.
UK GDPR applies to your customers' personal data wherever your developers sit. We work inside tools you own, keep data in your accounts and only ask for the access we need. We do not claim any compliance certification. Confirm your obligations with your own adviser.
Projects with a published fix period include 30 days of fixes after launch. After that you can add a maintenance plan, hire us by the hour, or hand the site to your own team. Because the code and hosting are yours, none of those choices needs our permission.
We invoice in USD and agree the payment schedule in the contract before work starts. You can pay by international bank transfer or Wise. Tax treatment of an invoice from an Indian supplier depends on your business, so check it with your own accountant first.
