Personal data and a team in India
The US has no single privacy law. What applies to you depends on your sector and your state: health data, children's data and several state privacy laws each have their own rules, and email and text marketing have theirs.

That gives an Eastern-time team live overlap every morning (about two hours), and a full overnight cycle for the West Coast where work lands before your morning. Invoices are in USD and paid by card, Wise or international bank transfer, on milestones. As an Indian supplier of services we do not charge US sales tax; your accountant may ask for a Form W-8BEN-E, which we provide.
