We are based in Noida, in Delhi NCR, and work Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 21:00 IST. That covers Dubai's whole working day (07:30 to 19:30 Dubai time), most of the working day in the UK and Europe, afternoons in Australia and mornings on the US East Coast. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and calls are scheduled in your business hours.
We run dedicated teams for Noida and Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Dubai and the UAE, and the United States, and we also take on work from the UK, Europe and Australia. Delhi NCR clients can meet us in person; everywhere else is delivered remotely with a weekly demo and a shared Slack or Teams channel.
Both. Indian companies are quoted and invoiced in INR with GST where it applies. International clients are quoted in USD, GBP, EUR or AED, whichever is easiest for your finance team, and invoiced in USD.

Flexible on scope, firm on price. Defined work gets one price agreed upfront, marketing, social media and support run on monthly retainers, and only open-ended discovery is hourly. Prices are set for your market: India (INR), the UAE (AED) or international (USD).
Usually, yes. We'll be honest about what's possible for your budget, and start with the part that brings results fastest. Many clients begin small and grow the project as the returns come in.
A written agreement, an NDA on request, and milestone billing: each milestone is a share of the total set for your project, never all upfront. Invoices are paid by card, Wise or international bank transfer.
You do. Everything is delivered into your GitHub, cloud, domain, analytics and ad accounts, with a recorded handover. There is no lock-in.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. Most clients then move to a monthly retainer for iteration, content, marketing or automation, cancellable with 30 days notice.
Discovery calls are usually available within two business days, and most projects start within one to two weeks of signing.
