Overview
E-commerce websites, in plain words
An ecommerce website development company should start with one question: what platform does this store actually need? For most stores the answer is Shopify. For a few it is a custom storefront on Next.js, with Shopify still running the back end.
Platform is the decision that is hardest to undo. We look at your catalogue, pricing rules, who updates the store, and which systems it must talk to. Then we write down our recommendation and why.
After that the work is practical. You see the store on a preview link as it grows, and your team learns to run it before we step back.
Who it is for
- Brands selling online for the first time
- Retailers whose current store is slow, dated or hard to update
- Businesses with a large or unusual catalogue
- Owners tired of agencies that recommend whatever they know best
What you get
- A live store with product, collection and variant structure customers can navigate
- Checkout, payments, shipping and tax set up for the markets you sell in
- Analytics and conversion tracking installed
- Your domain, store, apps and payment accounts registered in your company name

Problems this work fixes
If one of these sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
- The platform was chosen by the developer's habitsTwo years on, the catalogue outgrows it, or every change needs a developer. We choose from your needs and show our reasoning.
- The store is slow on a mid-range phoneHeavy images, too many apps and bloated themes are the usual causes. We test on real phones, not just a laptop.
- Checkout asks for too muchExtra steps, forced accounts and surprise shipping costs make people leave. We keep the path to payment short.
- Nobody on your team can change anythingIf a price change needs a developer, the store stops moving.

How it works
How the work runs
Scoping call and recommendation
We learn your catalogue and systems, then recommend a platform and scope. The price is fixed in writing first.
Structure and design
Layouts first, then visual design, reviewed on a preview link.
Build and test
We build, load products, connect payments and run test orders. Speed is checked on real phones.
Launch and handover
We go live with a checklist and train your team. Everything is in your company name.
Straight answer: We do not promise sales. A good store removes reasons to leave, but traffic, product and price decide how much you sell. Photography, ads and ongoing SEO are not included.

Quick answers
About cost and timing
The things people ask right after they see a price.
It depends on product count, custom design, integrations and whether the build is a standard Shopify store or headless. The plans on this page show where prices start. We shape the scope around your budget, and once agreed the price does not change.
Most stores take 3 to 8 weeks. A ready-to-sell Shopify store sits at the short end, and headless builds take longer. You get a dated plan after the scoping call. Late product data or content moves dates, and we say so early.
How we contract
Clear terms, before you spend anything

- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.

Questions about e-commerce websites
The things people ask before they book. If yours is missing, ask us on a call or on WhatsApp.
Still have a question?
Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.
For most stores, Shopify. It is quick to launch, easy for your team to run and handles payments well. If your catalogue, pricing rules or content needs outgrow it, a custom Next.js storefront on a Shopify back end can make sense. We tell you which on the call.
Our store work is on Shopify and custom Next.js storefronts. WooCommerce can suit a team already deep in WordPress, but we are not the right people to run it. If you are on it today and want out, our migration page covers that.
Only when the standard route genuinely cannot do what you need, such as unusual pricing rules or a content-heavy storefront. Otherwise you pay for a bigger build and a bigger maintenance bill. We tell you plainly which side you are on.
Yes. We build so your team can change products, prices, banners and pages without a developer, and we train them before handover. If you later want help, a monthly maintenance plan is available, but it is optional, so nothing waits on us.
You do. The store account, domain, payment gateway and app subscriptions are registered to your company, and the custom code we write is yours. We work inside your accounts as a collaborator, and you can remove our access at any time.
