These terms govern your use of astrafolio.com. Client engagements are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with each client, which takes precedence over anything here.
About us
Astrafolio is a digital agency based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact: hello@astrafolio.com.
Using this website
You may browse the site, download material for your own evaluation and contact us. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to breach its security, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or reproduce substantial parts of its content without written permission.
The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every figure remains current.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on this website, including any output of the estimate calculator, are indicative only. They are not offers and do not form a contract. Real pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call, and becomes fixed only when both parties sign an agreement.
Currency conversions displayed in the calculator are approximate and for guidance. Invoices are issued in the currency agreed in your contract.
Engaging us
Each engagement starts with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline. Work begins once that proposal is accepted in writing and any initial invoice is settled.
Payment. Projects are billed in milestones, typically 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the agreement states otherwise. Overdue amounts may pause work.
Changes. Small adjustments are absorbed as part of normal delivery. Anything that materially changes scope is quoted as a written change request and approved before it is built.
Cancellation. Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed and committed up to that point. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom code, designs and content we produce for you transfer to you. Accounts, repositories, cloud infrastructure, domains and advertising accounts are set up in your name wherever practical.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, internal libraries, methods and know-how, and may reuse generic components across projects. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and APIs remain subject to their own licences, which you are responsible for maintaining after handover.
Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work publicly in our portfolio and case studies. We will keep confidential figures out of any public description on request.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement. We sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request, before discovery if you prefer.
Warranties and support
Every project includes 30 days of fixes after launch for defects in work we delivered. This does not cover new features, changes to third-party platforms, content edits made by your team, or issues caused by systems outside our control. Ongoing support is available under a separate retainer.
We do not warrant specific business results. Marketing performance in particular depends on your market, offer, budget and factors outside our control, and past results are not a guarantee of future ones.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim in the 6 months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you too: providing content, access, approvals and feedback within the agreed windows, and ensuring you hold the rights to any material you give us to publish. Delays in these areas move timelines accordingly.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services and client websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
