- A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
- 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.

The price depends on your site's size, how it is built and how many changes you expect. We do not publish tiers or invent them for a page. After a quick review we agree a monthly price in writing, and it does not change.
We are online Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 21:00 IST, and every message gets a reply within 12 hours. We tell you what we found and when it will be fixed. We do not offer round-the-clock cover, and we say so now.
Often yes, after a review. We check how it is built and whether we can work on it safely. If the code is a mess, we say so and may suggest cleanup or a redesign first, with a price for each.
Not always. A small, simple site we built can run alone for a long time, and the code is documented for that. Maintenance helps when you have no technical person and want someone watching it and ready to act when something fails.
New features, a redesign, writing new content, and ongoing search or ad work are not part of upkeep. We scope them as separate projects with their own fixed price, so your monthly plan stays predictable and you are never billed for surprises.
Yes. You own the code, hosting and accounts, so you can stop the plan and keep running the site or hand it to someone else. We will give you notes so the handover to you or to another team is clean and easy to follow.
