In short
What does digital marketing for clinics actually include?
Digital marketing for clinics is the set of tools that helps a nearby patient find you, trust you and book: a fast clinic website with online booking, a complete Google Business Profile, local SEO, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, and carefully worded Google or Meta ads. In healthcare it also means following advertising rules, because regulators in India and the UAE limit what clinics may claim.
Who it is for
- Dental clinics that want fewer empty chairs and fewer no-shows
- Dermatology and aesthetic clinics whose patients compare several clinics before booking
- Physiotherapy clinics that run on repeat visits and need simple rebooking
- IVF and fertility clinics where patients research for weeks and need calm, private first contact
- General and family clinics with more than one doctor or branch
What goes wrong
Why clinics lose enquiries online
- Patients search, find a rival and book thereMost people looking for a dentist or a skin doctor search on Google Maps, look at two or three profiles and pick the one that answers their questions fastest. If your profile has old hours, no photos and no booking link, the decision is made before they reach your website.
- The phone rings when the front desk is busyYour receptionist is checking in a patient while the phone rings and two WhatsApp messages wait. By evening those enquiries have gone cold. The patient did not stop needing care; they simply booked with whoever replied first.
- No-shows quietly eat the diaryA missed physiotherapy session or dental cleaning is a slot nobody else can use. Many clinics still remind patients by hand, if at all. A short WhatsApp confirmation the day before is easy for patients to answer and easy for you to act on.
- Ads get rejected, or worse, they break the rulesHealthcare is one of the most restricted categories in advertising. Copy like "guaranteed results" or "best clinic in town" can get a Meta or Google ad rejected, and in India and Dubai it can also break professional or health authority rules. Many generic agencies do not know where the lines are.
- Patient data ends up in the wrong placesBooking forms that email full medical histories, staff phones full of patient chats, and spreadsheets shared by link are common. Health data laws in both India and the UAE expect better, and patients notice when a clinic is careless with their details.
What we build
What we build for clinics
- A clinic website that answers and booksDoctor profiles with qualifications, treatments explained in plain language, real fees where you choose to publish them, a map, parking notes and a booking button on every page. Fast on a phone, in English and, where you need it, Arabic or Hindi.Learn more
- Google Business Profile and local SEOCorrect categories, hours, photos and booking links for each branch, plus separate practitioner profiles where Google's guidelines allow them. Then local pages and reviews that help you show up for searches such as "dentist near me" in the areas you serve.Learn more
- WhatsApp confirmations, reminders and rebookingAutomatic booking confirmations, a reminder the day before, and a simple reply to confirm or move the slot. Physiotherapy and dental recall messages can go out on a schedule you approve, from your own WhatsApp Business account.Learn more
- An AI receptionist for after-hours enquiriesAn assistant on your website or WhatsApp that answers hours, location and service questions, takes booking requests and hands anything clinical, urgent or sensitive to your staff. It never gives medical advice, and your clinical lead approves every script.Learn more
- Google and Meta ads written for healthcare rulesSearch ads for high-intent treatments, and Meta campaigns that talk about the service, never the patient's condition. We plan around the platform policies and your regulator's wording rules before the first campaign goes live.Learn more
- Social media that educates, not oversellsDoctor-led explainers, clinic tours, team introductions and patient education posts, approved by your medical director before they are published. Useful content builds trust without the claims regulators object to.Learn more

How it works in practice
From search to booked appointment
- 1
1. The patient searches
Someone types "root canal near me" or "physiotherapist for back pain" on Google or Maps. Your Google Business Profile shows accurate hours, real photos, recent reviews and a clear booking link, so you are one of the clinics they open.
- 2
2. They check you out
They tap through to your website on a phone. Within seconds they see the doctor, the treatment explained simply, where you are and how to book. Nothing is hidden behind a form that asks for a medical history up front.
- 3
3. They book or ask a question
They pick a slot online or send a WhatsApp message. If it is 22:00, the AI receptionist answers routine questions and logs a booking request. Anything clinical goes to your team the next morning, with the details already collected.
- 4
4. They turn up
A WhatsApp confirmation arrives straight away and a reminder the day before, with a one-tap way to confirm or move. After the visit, a polite message asks for a review or offers the next appointment, if your doctor recommends one.
Where you are
Working with clinics in India, the UAE and beyond
India
In India, doctors' advertising is governed by the National Medical Commission. In October 2026 the NMC issued guidelines on ethical advertising and public communication under the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002. As reported, they prohibit patient testimonials used for promotion, before-and-after photographs, claims such as "guaranteed cure" or "100% success", and fake reviews, while allowing factual clinic information such as location, departments, facilities and charges. They also make clear that using an agency or influencer does not move the responsibility away from the doctor. So in India we build marketing on facts, education and convenience, not results photos. On privacy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 14 November 2025 with an eighteen-month phased compliance period, and they require a clear, separate consent notice explaining why personal data is collected. Your booking forms and WhatsApp flows should say plainly what you collect and why. Patients in Noida, Bangalore or Mumbai often message in a mix of English and Hindi or the local language, so we write replies that sound like your front desk, not a translation. Fees are shown in INR, and websites start from INR 30,000, agreed in writing first. Check the details with your own adviser or state medical council.
UAE
In the UAE, healthcare advertising is regulated by the health authorities. In Dubai, the Dubai Health Authority's Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media apply to DHA-licensed facilities and professionals: any post that names the facility needs the medical director's approval, before-and-after images must show the same person with no editing, and comparative or exaggerated claims are not allowed. Gulf News reported further DHA social media rules in 2026, including banned words such as "the best" and "100 per cent". In Abu Dhabi, the Department of Health has its own Health Media and Advertising guidelines and asked licensed facilities to complete training on them (circular 26/2023). Ads shown outside a facility may also need a federal advertising licence from the Ministry of Health and Prevention, so check with your regulator before a campaign runs. On data, Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on ICT in health fields applies across the UAE, including free zones, and Article 13 restricts storing or processing health data outside the UAE unless approved. That shapes which booking, chat and CRM tools you can use. Many Dubai patients expect Arabic and English, and WhatsApp is the normal way to confirm a slot. Our team works 07:30 to 19:30 Dubai time, Monday to Saturday, and websites start from AED 5,000, agreed in writing first.

Questions clinics ask us
Straight answers before you book. If yours is missing, ask on a call or on WhatsApp.
Still have a question?
Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.
It depends on how many branches you have and what you need first. Our websites start from INR 30,000 in India and AED 5,000 in the UAE, social media management from INR 9,000 or USD 900 a month, and ads management from INR 12,000 or USD 1,200 a month, plus your ad spend. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts, and it does not change once agreed.
A typical clinic website with doctor profiles, treatment pages and online booking takes a few weeks, most of it waiting on doctor photos, qualifications and approval of the wording. We give you a written timeline after the first call. Google Business Profile fixes can go live within days.
Yes, within the rules. Google restricts some healthcare topics, and fertility services are restricted in certain locations. Meta does not allow ads that assert or imply a person's medical condition, so we write about the service, not the patient. We also follow your local regulator's wording rules and your medical director's approval.
It depends on where you practise. In India, the NMC's October 2026 guidelines prohibit before-and-after photographs and promotional testimonials for doctors. In Dubai, the DHA standard allows before-and-after images only under strict conditions. We follow the stricter reading and ask you to confirm with your regulator. Genuine Google reviews from real patients are fine to ask for.
No. It answers routine questions such as hours, location and services, takes booking requests and passes anything clinical, urgent or sensitive to your staff straight away. If a message sounds like an emergency, it tells the person to contact emergency services or the clinic. Your clinical lead signs off every script.
You do. We build in accounts registered to your clinic: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts and your WhatsApp Business account. The clinic stays responsible for its patient data, and we store only what each workflow needs. If you ever leave us, everything stays with you.
Because you get a senior team that works your whole Dubai day, 07:30 to 19:30, Monday to Saturday, at a price agreed upfront. We plan around DHA and DoH rules and UAE health data law before we build. If you run clinics in both India and the UAE, one team handles both markets.
No, and you should be wary of any agency that does. Healthcare regulators in India and the UAE object to guaranteed outcomes in clinic ads, and we apply the same honesty to our own work. We promise clear reporting on enquiries and bookings, and a plan that changes when the numbers say it should.
