We price it like our AI automation work. One AI feature or automation is from $2,500, an AI assistant with connected workflows is $5,000 to $12,000, and custom agents with integrations are $12,000 to $35,000 or more. Prices for India and the UAE are on this page in rupees and dirhams. Model usage fees are billed to your own account, so the cost to run it stays visible.
You get a working prototype on your own examples in about two weeks. Taking it to production usually takes 2 to 8 weeks, depending on how many systems it connects to and how much review you need. You get a dated plan with the written price.
How we contract
Clear terms, before you spend anything
The commercial side in plain words. The full wording is in our terms, and your proposal sets the details.
- A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.

The one that fits your task, your data rules and your budget. We build with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and Google Gemini, and we test two or three on your real examples before choosing. We are not tied to one vendor, so you can switch later.
We write down, before work starts, what data the AI sees, which provider processes it and who can access it. We do not train any model on your data. We use provider settings and plans that keep your data out of training where the provider offers that, and we keep keys and data in accounts you own. Your own adviser should confirm what your data law requires.
Usually, yes. We connect through your existing APIs, webhooks or database. If your system has no API, we tell you in the audit and suggest the least risky way around it. We do not ask you to replace working software for the sake of AI.
We design for it. Where a mistake would be costly, a person approves the action first. Answers show their source, everything is logged and we test accuracy on your examples before launch. Wrong answers will still happen sometimes, so we agree a check-and-correct routine with you.
You do. The code, model accounts, keys and data live in your own accounts, and you pay the model providers directly. If you stop working with us, nothing is held back.
