Contract and payment terms
  • A written proposal comes first. Scope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
  • The price does not move. Once agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
  • You pay by milestone. Projects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
  • You own the work. Code, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
  • No lock-in. Either side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
  • 30 days of fixes after launch. Defects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.
