The first is a founder with a funded or soon-to-be-funded idea and no mobile team. We scope a first version, build it in weekly steps, and submit it to the stores. The aim is a working app you can put in front of real users, not a feature list built for a deck.

The second is a product team that already has a web platform and engineers, and needs an extra squad for one app. We take the app as a bounded project, follow your repository and review conventions, and join your standups if that suits you. Your core team stays on the core product.

If your web team writes JavaScript or TypeScript, React Native often fits, because your people can read and maintain the code. If the product depends on a strongly branded, animated interface that must look the same on every phone, Flutter is worth a hard look. Both are good. We do not pretend one always wins.

Some apps are better fully native: heavy 3D, demanding video work, or unusual hardware such as particular Bluetooth devices. We check your feature list early so you do not find this out in month three.

Your users here carry a wide range of Android phones as well as iPhones, and many use patchy mobile data in transit or in older buildings. We test on real devices, include low-memory phones in the list, and design for slow or lost connections.

Many Bangalore products are used by field staff, delivery partners or customers on the move, so offline behaviour and battery use matter more than a polished splash screen. We ask about this in the first call because it changes the architecture.

Source code lives in your GitHub organisation from the first commit. The Apple developer account, the Google Play Console account and the signing keys are registered to your company. We work inside them as collaborators, and you can remove our access at any time.

Apple and Google charge their own fees, paid by you to them. Both stores review every release and the decision is theirs, so we plan for review time and cannot promise approval or a date.

An app collects more than a website: location, contacts, camera, device identifiers. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets duties for businesses that handle personal data of people in India, and both app stores ask detailed privacy questions at submission.

We list what the app collects and why, prepare the store privacy answers from that list, and keep third-party services in accounts you control. We do not claim compliance for you. Confirm consent wording and obligations with your own legal adviser.

If you want a dedicated team of developers sitting inside your company for years, hiring or a staffing firm is better. We take whole projects with a fixed price, not individual developers by the hour.

If your app is a game or depends on heavy 3D, look for a studio that does that daily. And if you only need to test an idea, a clickable prototype or a simple web app can answer your question for much less than a full build. We will say so on the first call, even though it means a smaller project for us.
