We do not replace a product team and we do not want your core code. We take a defined surface, agree where it ends, and build inside your existing accounts. If you run n8n, Zapier, Make or your own services, we use them. If a small piece of custom code is the honest answer, it lives in a repository in your GitHub from the first commit.

Your engineers can review what we build. We document the triggers and failure paths, and one person on your side approves scope. That keeps the work out of your sprint planning.

Some work should stay with a person. We say so early, because a bad automation costs more than the hours it saves.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets duties for businesses that process personal data of people in India, and the rules are being brought in step by step. Automations touch names, phone numbers and messages by nature, so this is a real question for you, not a footnote.

We write down what data each automation reads, where it goes, which AI provider sees it and who can access the logs. Accounts and keys stay in your name, and we use the smallest access that works. Many Indian customers prefer WhatsApp to email, and a WhatsApp assistant is often the most useful thing we build. WhatsApp's business policy expects people to have opted in before you message them, and approved templates are needed to start a conversation outside its reply window.

Every assistant says it is automated, answers only from content you approve, and passes the conversation to a person when it is unsure. You read its replies on real examples before customers do. Usage fees for WhatsApp and for AI providers are billed to your own accounts, so the running cost is visible to you.

If your automation is the core of your product, such as an AI feature your customers pay for, hire or keep engineers on it. We are the wrong fit for a product roadmap.

If you need a full-time machine learning team, or a model trained on millions of records, a specialist hire or a dedicated data firm is the better route. And if your tool already has a built-in automation that does the job, use it.
