The PDPA and your data
If the Personal Data Protection Act applies to you, you stay responsible for personal data when a supplier handles it. We list which fields the AI will see, where they sit and who can open them, so you can answer questions from your own advisers.
We use provider settings where your data is not used for training, and keep data and keys in your own accounts. We claim no certification and no PDPA compliance. Please confirm the details with your own adviser, and tell us early if data must stay in a specific region.
No grant-funded work
We are not a Singapore-registered company or a pre-approved grant vendor. That means we cannot take on work paid through PSG, EDG or EDGE grants. We would rather say so now than find out at claim stage.
If you want to check what funding your business may qualify for, start with Enterprise Singapore and the Business Grants Portal. You can then pay us directly for work outside any grant.
Audit, prototype, production, monitoring
An audit of your software, data and the task comes first. We tell you if a simpler fix will do. Then a two-week prototype on your own examples, so you judge quality before a full build.
The production build follows, with testing and handover. After launch we monitor monthly cost, accuracy on a sample and any made-up answers. Guardrails keep it to your content and uncertain questions go to a person. You get 30 days of fixes.
Paying us from Singapore
We invoice in US dollars, billed by milestone and never all upfront. PayNow is built for Singapore dollar payments, so you would pay by international bank transfer. Ask your accountant how an overseas invoice is treated for your business.

How a project runs

Contract and payment terms
- A written proposal comes first. Scope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not move. Once agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestone. Projects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the work. Code, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-in. Either side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
- 30 days of fixes after launch. Defects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.
Personal data and a team in India
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs personal data about people in Singapore, including its Transfer Limitation Obligation for data sent overseas and the Do Not Call rules for marketing messages.
- We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
- We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
- For phone, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You remain responsible for checking Do Not Call status.
- We do not promise grant eligibility. Some Singapore grants only fund vendors approved by the scheme, so check that first.
