A mobile app development company in Singapore has to be clear about what a first release costs and what it proves. We build iOS and Android apps from one codebase with Flutter or React Native, so one senior team ships both platforms. A first release is from $12,000 USD, and you get the written price before work starts.
We are a small senior team in Noida, India, working remotely. We are online Monday to Saturday from 11:30 to 23:30 Singapore time, closed Sunday. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and you see a working demo every week. We do not have an office in Singapore, and we will not imply one.
The person who scopes your app is the person who builds it. That is the main reason founders choose a small team over a large studio.
One codebase for iPhone and Android
Singapore has high smartphone use and a split between iPhone and Android users, so most apps need both. Building two native apps roughly doubles the cost. A cross-platform build shares most of the code, so one team ships both and fixes bugs once.
It is not right for everything. A game with heavy graphics, or an app that depends on advanced phone hardware, may need native code. We tell you on the first call if your idea falls into that group.
- Flutter or React Native, chosen for your app and your team
- One back-end, one set of tests, one release plan
- Native modules added where a feature truly needs them
- Source code and store accounts in your company's name
Start with a first release
Most app projects run over budget because the first version tries to do everything. We help you list what the first release must do, and what can wait. A first release usually includes the core features on iOS and Android, a simple back-end and store submission.
Real users then tell you what to build next. It costs less to add the second feature after the first is proven than to build ten features nobody asked for.
Payments, sign-in and local integrations
Singapore users expect fast, familiar payments. We connect the app to a payment provider you choose and hold an account with, and we confirm availability, fees and approval times with the provider before we build. If your app uses Singpass or other national or bank services, tell us early, because access rules and approvals can add time that is outside our control.
We do not choose providers for you. We help you compare the options against your product and margin.
Personal data and the PDPA
Any app that collects names, phone numbers or location handles personal data, and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies to how you collect, use and look after it. We build in the basics: clear consent, collecting only what the app needs, and a way for users to see and correct their data.
We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice. Your own adviser should confirm what applies to your business, and we build to match what they decide. We also write down what personal data we touch during the project and how it is returned or deleted.
What about grants?
Singapore has grants that can cover part of a digital project, but they usually require a pre-approved vendor and approval before you sign or pay. We are not a Singapore-registered or pre-approved vendor, so we cannot offer grant-funded work. Check the current rules on the official Enterprise Singapore or Business Grants Portal pages.
Launch and after launch
Apple and Google each review apps against their own rules. We prepare the listing, screenshots, privacy details and test accounts, and help you answer review questions. The developer accounts are opened in your company's name, and the store fees are paid directly to Apple and Google.
Every project includes 30 days of fixes after launch. After that you can use a monthly support plan with us, or take the code to any developer.

Your data
Personal data and a team in India
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs personal data about people in Singapore, including its Transfer Limitation Obligation for data sent overseas and the Do Not Call rules for marketing messages.
- We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
- We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
- For phone, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You remain responsible for checking Do Not Call status.
- We do not promise grant eligibility. Some Singapore grants only fund vendors approved by the scheme, so check that first.
This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.

- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
- 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.
Quick answers
About cost and timing
The things people ask right after they see a price.
From us, a first release is from $12,000 USD, a Growth app is $15,000 to $35,000, and Premium apps are $35,000 to $80,000 or more. We quote in US dollars and do not convert from SGD. You get the full price in writing before work starts.
A first release with core features typically takes a few months, and complex apps take longer. You get a dated plan and a working demo every week.
