A B2B sale in Singapore rarely starts with a click and ends with a purchase. A buyer finds you, checks your LinkedIn page, forwards the link to a colleague and answers an email three weeks later. We are a B2B digital marketing agency working from Noida, India, and we plan campaigns around that slower path.

Our fee for paid ads management starts from $1,200 a month, in US dollars, plus the ad spend you pay straight to Google or LinkedIn. The price is agreed before we start. We are online from 11:30 Singapore time, which is 09:00 in India, and we reply to every message within 12 hours.

This page covers marketing. If you want a website or AI workflow instead, we have separate Singapore pages for web development and AI automation.

How B2B buyers in Singapore actually decide

Singapore is a regional base for many firms that sell into Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. The person who finds you is often not the person who signs. A manager shortlists, a finance or procurement team checks, and a regional head approves.

So the work is less about one perfect ad and more about being credible to several people over a few months. A clear site, a LinkedIn page that matches it, and a sensible follow-up sequence do more than a clever headline.

LinkedIn and Google, and which does what

Google Ads catches people already searching: someone typing a supplier type or a problem. LinkedIn reaches people who have not searched yet, by job title, seniority and company type. They answer different questions, so we do not run both at the same intensity from day one.

We usually start with Google Search for buyers who are already looking, and add LinkedIn when you need to reach named roles in a defined set of companies. LinkedIn can be expensive per lead, so we agree a small test budget and a review date first. The exact scope of LinkedIn work is written into your proposal.

  • Google Search for high-intent phrases, with tight match types and negative keywords to cut off job seekers and students
  • LinkedIn campaigns aimed at job titles and company types, with an offer such as a guide, a demo or a call
  • Retargeting for people who visited your pricing or case study pages
  • Landing pages with one clear action and a short form

Targeting the region, not only the island

Singapore is a small home market, so many B2B firms grow by selling across Southeast Asia. We set up separate campaigns by country so budgets, bids and messages do not blur. A lead from Jakarta is not valued like one from Kuala Lumpur, and the sales team may differ.

Language needs thought too. English works for most B2B searches in Singapore, but in other markets buyers may search in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai or Vietnamese. We can set language and location targeting and plan translated ad copy. A native speaker should review any translation before it goes live, and we do not claim to be one.

Tracking leads to a sales conversation

A lead form fill is not a sale. We set up tracking for form submissions, calls, booked meetings and, where your CRM allows, the stage a lead reaches. Then you can judge channels by qualified meetings, not by clicks.

Expect a longer feedback loop than in consumer marketing. A B2B campaign may need a quarter before you can judge it fairly, and we say so at the start. We send a written monthly report and a short note each week on what changed and why.

PDPA, Do Not Call and the lists you build

If you collect personal data through forms or ads, the PDPA applies to how you collect, use and disclose it, and you stay responsible when a supplier handles it. Sending personal data abroad has its own requirements under the PDPA. We write down which data we touch and keep it in accounts you own. We make no compliance claim, and you should confirm the details with your own adviser.

The Do Not Call rules cover marketing calls and texts to Singapore telephone numbers, and PDPC says messages sent to businesses are not covered, though other rules and your own consent practice still matter. We do not run cold calling or buy contact lists. Check what applies to your outreach with your adviser.

Hours, holidays and when to pick a local agency

Our day, 09:00 to 21:00 IST, is 11:30 to 23:30 in Singapore, Monday to Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday. We are not online in your early morning. Weekly calls fit late morning through your afternoon.

Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Vesak, Deepavali and National Day slow down decision-making, so we plan campaign flights around them. If your team wants regular in-person workshops, or your campaigns depend on events in Singapore, a local agency will serve you better.

Your data

Personal data and a team in India

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs personal data about people in Singapore, including its Transfer Limitation Obligation for data sent overseas and the Do Not Call rules for marketing messages.

  • We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
  • We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
  • For phone, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You remain responsible for checking Do Not Call status.
  • We do not promise grant eligibility. Some Singapore grants only fund vendors approved by the scheme, so check that first.

This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.

Quick answers

About cost and timing

The things people ask right after they see a price.

Our paid ads management starts from $1,200 a month in US dollars, and your ad spend is paid directly to Google or LinkedIn on top. The final figure depends on platforms, countries and tracking. The price is agreed in writing before we begin and holds while the scope does.

Allow a few weeks for setup and tracking, then a quarter to judge fairly, since B2B buyers take time and several people are involved. Meetings may come sooner from Google Search if your offer is clear. We do not promise a number of leads and we report what we see weekly.

We invoice in USD and agree the schedule before work starts. You pay by international bank transfer, and your bank sets the exchange rate. Ask your accountant how an invoice from an overseas supplier is treated for your business, since we cannot give tax advice.

Singapore FAQ

Questions about Digital marketing in Singapore

Cost, timing, trust and ownership, answered before you ask.

Still have a question?

Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.

Usually Google Search first, because it reaches people already looking. LinkedIn suits reaching specific job titles and company types before they search. We agree a small LinkedIn test budget and a review date so you can see what a lead costs before committing more.

Yes. We build separate campaigns per country with their own budgets and messages. For local-language ads, we plan translated copy that a native speaker should review before launch. We write English copy ourselves and we will say plainly where a language needs outside review.

You do. Google and LinkedIn accounts, audiences and tracking sit in your business name, and we work as managers with the access we need. If we stop working together, you keep the history, the campaigns and the data. A new agency can take over without needing anything from us.

We are online from 11:30 Singapore time to 23:30, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Live calls suit late morning through your afternoon, and we are not online in your early morning. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and urgent changes to a live campaign can wait for the next working day.

If the PDPA applies to you, you remain responsible for personal data a supplier handles, including transfers abroad. Do Not Call rules cover marketing calls and texts to Singapore numbers, and PDPC says business-to-business messages are outside it. We claim no compliance. Confirm your outreach with your own adviser.

A small senior team in Noida carries lower overheads, so your fee pays for experienced time rather than a CBD office. The trade-off is distance and no early-morning cover. If you want in-person meetings or local events support, a Singapore agency is the better choice.
