A Shopify development company in Singapore should build a store that sells before it builds one that merely looks good. We set up Shopify stores for Singapore sellers with a customised theme, products loaded, payments and shipping connected, and 30 days of fixes. A Starter store is from $3,000 USD, and you get the written price before work starts.

We are a small senior team in Noida, India, working remotely. We are online Monday to Saturday from 11:30 to 23:30 Singapore time, closed Sunday, and every message gets a reply within 12 hours. We do not have an office in Singapore, and we will not imply one.

This page is about Shopify stores. For a brochure or service website, see our web design page for Singapore.

Checkout comes first

A store can look beautiful and still lose sales at checkout. Most lost orders happen in the last steps: unclear shipping costs, too many form fields, or a payment option the buyer does not trust. We start with the path from product page to paid order and simplify it.

We test a real order from start to finish, in each payment method, before launch.

  • Shipping cost and delivery time shown before checkout
  • Fewer form fields, with address entry that suits Singapore postal codes
  • Clear returns and contact details on product and checkout pages
  • Mobile-first layouts, because most shoppers buy on a phone

Payments and delivery partners

Singapore shoppers expect fast, familiar payments, and many like to split larger purchases. Which payment providers and delivery partners suit your products and margin is a business decision, and it is yours to make.

We connect the providers you have chosen and hold accounts with, set them up for your market, and test each one. We confirm availability, fees and approval times with the provider before we build. We do not push a provider.

Migration from another platform

If you sell on WooCommerce, Magento, Wix or another platform, we move products, collections and the customer data you are allowed to move. Then we map old URLs to new ones with permanent redirects, so search traffic and old links keep working. After launch we check Search Console for errors.

Selling to Singapore and beyond

Many Singapore stores sell across Southeast Asia as well as at home. Shopify supports multiple markets and currencies, but each market adds shipping, tax and language choices. We help you decide which markets to open first, so you do not carry the complexity of five before you have proven one.

Personal data and the PDPA

A store collects names, addresses and order histories, and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies to how you collect, use and look after it. We set up consent for marketing messages, clear privacy and returns pages, and only the data the store needs. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice, so confirm what applies to you with your own adviser.

What about grants?

Some Singapore agencies advertise grant support for e-commerce projects. Those grants usually require a pre-approved vendor and approval before you sign or pay. We are not a Singapore-registered or pre-approved vendor, so we cannot offer grant-funded work. Check the current rules on the Enterprise Singapore or Business Grants Portal pages.

Your data

Personal data and a team in India

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs personal data about people in Singapore, including its Transfer Limitation Obligation for data sent overseas and the Do Not Call rules for marketing messages.

  • We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
  • We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
  • For phone, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You remain responsible for checking Do Not Call status.
  • We do not promise grant eligibility. Some Singapore grants only fund vendors approved by the scheme, so check that first.

This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.

How we contract

Clear terms, before you spend anything

The commercial side in plain words. The full wording is in our terms, and your proposal sets the details.

  1. A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
  2. The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
  3. You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
  4. You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
  5. No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
  6. 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.

Quick answers

About cost and timing

The things people ask right after they see a price.

A Starter store from us is from $3,000 USD, a Growth store is $6,000 to $15,000 and Premium builds are $15,000 to $45,000 or more. We quote in US dollars and do not convert from SGD. Shopify plan fees and apps are extra.

The ones you choose and hold accounts with. We confirm availability, fees and approval times with the provider before we build, and we test each method with real orders.

A Starter store takes a few weeks and a Growth store longer, depending on products and content. You get a dated plan with your written price.
