In short
What does digital marketing for education actually involve?
Digital marketing for education means getting found when students and parents search, answering their enquiry within minutes, and guiding them to a counselling call or campus visit. In practice that is a fast website with clear course and fee pages, Google and Meta ads timed to the admissions season, SEO for course and city searches, and WhatsApp follow-up that never lets a lead go cold.
Who it is for
- Coaching institutes for entrance exams, school tuition and competitive tests
- Study-abroad and admissions consultancies that live on counselling calls
- Private schools and pre-schools running a yearly admissions intake
- Training academies and edtech teams selling online courses or cohorts
- Education businesses in the UAE serving English, Arabic and Indian expat families
What goes wrong
Why education lose enquiries online
- Enquiries arrive in a rush, then go coldMost education businesses get the bulk of their enquiries in a few weeks around results, board exams and intake dates. A counsellor who calls back two days later often finds the family has already booked a session elsewhere. The problem is rarely the number of leads. It is the speed and order of the reply.
- Parents and students want different thingsA student scrolls Instagram and wants to know what the course feels like and who else is in it. A parent searches Google and wants fees, faculty, safety, results and the refund policy. One generic page tries to talk to both and convinces neither.
- Fee and course pages that hide the answerMany institute sites say "contact us for fees" and list courses as a single paragraph. Families read that as a sales trap and move on. A clear course page with duration, batch timings, mode, eligibility and a fee range builds more trust than any banner.
- Ad money spent outside the admissions windowRunning the same budget all year means paying for clicks when nobody is deciding, then running out of budget when everyone is. Education ads work best when spend, creative and landing pages follow the academic calendar of your market.
- Children's data and claims that can land you in troubleMany of your leads are under 18, and India and the UAE both have data protection laws that apply to how you collect and use their details. In India, coaching ads also fall under consumer protection guidelines on result claims. Copying a competitor's "100% selection" banner is a risk, not a strategy.
What we build
What we build for education
- An admissions website parents trustFast, mobile-first pages for each course, campus or country you counsel for: duration, eligibility, batch dates, fee range, faculty and real results with the proof behind them. Enquiry forms on every page, built so your team can add a new course without a developer.Learn more
- Landing pages for each intake and examOne page per campaign, written for one audience: a JEE crash course for students, a nursery admission page for parents, an IELTS batch for working adults. Each one has a single action, such as booking a counselling call or a demo class.Learn more
- Instant WhatsApp counsellingA WhatsApp assistant on the official Business API that answers the first questions on courses, timings and fees at any hour, collects the student's class, goal and city, and hands the chat to a counsellor with the history attached. Messages go only to people who opted in.Learn more
- Google and Meta ads on the academic calendarSearch campaigns for high-intent queries like course plus city, and Meta campaigns for awareness, webinars and demo classes. We plan budgets around your results days and intake dates, track enquiries and booked calls rather than clicks, and run everything from accounts you own.Learn more
- SEO for course and city searchesPages that match how families search, from course plus area to exam preparation questions, with schema markup for courses and FAQs and a Google Business Profile kept current for each centre. Built to be quoted by AI assistants as well as ranked by Google.Learn more
- Webinar and counselling-call automationRegistration forms that fill your CRM, reminders by email and WhatsApp before a webinar or counselling slot, a recording sent to no-shows, and a task for the counsellor when someone books. The follow-up happens on time even in the busiest week of the year.Learn more

How it works in practice
From enquiry to enrolled student
- 1
Found at the moment of choice
A parent searches for a coaching institute in their area, or a student sees your demo-class ad after their board results. Both land on a page written for them, with the course, timings and fee range visible without a phone call.
- 2
Answered within minutes
They tap the WhatsApp button or fill a short form. The assistant replies straight away, asks the student's class, target exam or destination country and preferred batch, and offers a counselling slot. Nothing waits for the office to open.
- 3
Counselled by a person
The family books a call, webinar or campus visit into your calendar, gets reminders before it, and your counsellor sees every answer they gave. The counsellor spends the call advising, not asking basic questions again.
- 4
Enrolled and followed through
After the call, fee details, the admission form and the next batch date go out automatically, and anyone who goes quiet gets a polite follow-up from a counsellor. You see in one report which ads and pages produced actual admissions.
Where you are
Working with education in India, the UAE and beyond
India
For Indian admissions, plan for research on Google, YouTube and Instagram and for the decision to happen on WhatsApp, often with a parent asking the questions while the student watches the reels. Families search by area, so a centre in Noida or a branch in Bangalore needs its own page and its own Google Business Profile. Two rules shape the work. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats everyone under 18 as a child: you need verifiable consent from a parent before processing a child's data, and tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children are prohibited. The DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025 with an 18-month phased compliance period. Separately, the Central Consumer Protection Authority's 2024 guidelines for coaching ads bar claims such as 100% selection or guaranteed jobs, and require written consent from toppers before you use their name or photo. Check the details with your legal adviser; we build forms and pages that make compliance easier, not legal opinions.
UAE
In Dubai, parents check a private school's KHDA inspection rating before they book a tour, because the KHDA publishes each school's rating in its online directory. A school site that states its rating plainly and links to it reads as honest. Many families are expats choosing between British, IB, American, Indian and other curricula, so pages should be organised by curriculum and grade, in English with Arabic where your families need it. Tutoring centres and study-abroad consultants serve the same mixed audience across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Personal data falls under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, which requires the owner's consent for processing outside listed exceptions, while the DIFC has its own data protection law. Our working day, 09:00 to 21:00 IST, is 07:30 to 19:30 in Dubai, so we are online for your whole admissions day.

Straight answers before you book. If yours is missing, ask on a call or on WhatsApp.
Still have a question?
Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.
It depends on how many courses, centres and channels you need. Our websites start from INR 30,000 in India and AED 5,000 in the UAE, ads management from INR 12,000 per month and SEO from INR 10,000 per month. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google and Meta from your account. The scope and price are agreed in writing first, and once agreed the price does not change.
Ideally 8 to 12 weeks before your main intake or results period. That gives time to build or fix course pages, set up tracking and WhatsApp follow-up, and test ads on a small budget before the rush. SEO needs longer, so start it well ahead of the season you care about most. If you are already in the season, we start with the fastest fixes: the enquiry flow and one strong landing page.
You can advertise education to families, but the platforms limit how teens are targeted. Meta says age and location are the only details about a teen it uses to show ads, and Google disables ad personalisation for signed-in users under 18 on YouTube and Display. In India the DPDP Act also prohibits targeted advertising directed at children. So we usually target parents for school-age courses and keep student-facing ads broad. Check the specifics for your case with your legal adviser.
Yes, if the results are real and the students agreed in writing. In India, the CCPA's coaching guidelines require written consent before you use a successful candidate's name, photo or video, and expect you to state the rank, the course they took and its duration. We design result sections with those details built in, and we never write a selection rate you cannot prove.
Not if it does the right job. The bot answers the factual questions on timings, fees and eligibility, then hands over to a counsellor as soon as the conversation needs judgement or reassurance. It is labelled as an assistant, it never pretends to be a person, and your counsellor sees the full chat before replying. Parents get speed from the bot and care from your team.
You do. The code, domain, hosting, Google and Meta ad accounts, WhatsApp Business account and CRM are set up in your institute's name, and we work inside them as collaborators. Student and parent data stays in your systems. If we part ways, you keep everything and lose no history.
Because we already know this buyer. We built Eduaxs Solutions, an admissions counselling consultancy in Noida, and University Suggest, a platform where students compare over 500 online university programmes. In India we work in your time zone; for the UAE we cover Dubai's whole working day. We are a senior team, every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and the price is fixed once agreed.
Yes. A study-abroad decision takes months, involves the whole family and often a loan, so the funnel leans on country and course guides, webinars and repeated counselling calls rather than a quick demo class. Coaching leads decide faster around results and exam dates. We plan pages, ads and follow-up around how long your buyer actually takes to decide.
