What we do not promise
We cannot promise views, virality or sales from a video. Platforms decide who sees a video, and a good video can still be ignored. What we control is the plan, the picture and sound quality, the edit and the delivery. We do not shoot outside Delhi NCR without agreeing travel first, and we will not use music or footage without a licence.
How we contract

- A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
- 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.

We shoot on location across Delhi NCR, including Noida, Gurugram, Delhi and Ghaziabad. We edit remotely for anyone else. Many clients send us footage from their phone or their own camera person, and we cut it, grade it, add captions and return finished files. For shoots outside the NCR, ask us. Travel is a separate conversation and nothing is assumed.
You get a brief call, then a written shot list, then a location check so there are no surprises on the day. On the day we set up lighting and sound, shoot every item on the list, and copy the files to a second drive before we leave. After that we edit, send you a review link, fix what you flag and deliver the final files. Each step is agreed in writing.
It depends on the video, so we agree exact days per project once the shot list is signed off. The stages are the same every time: brief, shot list, location check, shoot, edit, review and delivery. The biggest delays come from late feedback and last-minute location changes. A short reel moves faster than a multi-person brand film, and we say so before you pay.
The number of revision rounds is agreed in writing before the shoot. We send one review link per round and collect all your comments in one place. A round means changes to the cut, such as trimming, reordering, text fixes and music swaps. A completely new idea after the shoot is a new brief, and we price it separately so the original price stays firm.
The ownership terms are written into the agreement before the shoot, so nobody argues about it afterwards. The agreement states exactly what you receive: the final files, the raw footage and the project files. Music, stock clips and faces of people in the video have their own licences and permissions, and we check those with you in the brief.
Yes, we shoot product videos for listings, ads and your own website, and we deliver them in the aspect ratios and lengths each platform asks for. Check the platform's current video rules before the brief, because they change. Bring the products, any packaging and a note on what buyers ask about most. We turn those questions into shots.
Kit and crew change with the job, so we confirm both in the written plan before the day. The written plan lists the camera, lighting and sound kit and the crew size for your job. If a job needs more, such as extra lights or a second operator, we tell you in the quote and not on the day.
