Why do two studios quote very different prices for the same video?

Do I pay extra for the footage I film?

Is editing priced by the minute of raw footage or the minute of the final video?

Why is a short reel not cheaper than a long video?

How long should a reel be?

Can I plan a reel shoot with only a phone?
