Loan tracking was done by hand in spreadsheets: missed follow-ups, no visibility into portfolio health, and a process that was slow, error-prone and impossible to scale beyond a handful of clients.

We built a clean web application with automated KPI reporting that updates as repayments are recorded, plus a notification engine that sends payment reminders without anyone lifting a finger.

The dashboard was designed so anyone on the team could use it on day one, with no training and no manual reconciliation.
