A good web design company in Dubai starts with how your customers actually use their phones: they find you, read a little, and message you on WhatsApp. We design for that path. Our design work for UAE businesses starts from AED 5,000 for a five-page site, and the price is agreed in writing before any work begins.

We are a small senior team in Noida, India. We work remotely, and our day lines up with yours: we are online from 07:30 to 19:30 Dubai time, Monday to Saturday. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and calls happen inside your normal working day.

This page is about design: layout, typography, Arabic and English versions, and how a visitor moves from a first look to a message. If you need a custom web app, portal or integrations, our Dubai web development page covers that.

Arabic and English, done as two real versions

In the UAE many buyers read English at work and Arabic at home, and plenty switch depending on the subject. A bilingual site respects that. It does not rely on a translate button.

Arabic reads right to left, so the whole layout flips: navigation, image placement, form fields, icons with direction such as arrows, and the order of steps in a process. Typography needs a typeface designed for Arabic script, with line spacing that suits it. We build both versions with separate URLs and language tags, so Google and the visitor both land on the right one.

  • Arabic copy written for readers, not swapped word for word
  • Gulf-friendly tone, with Modern Standard Arabic or a lighter register, chosen with you
  • Numbers, dates and phone formats checked on both versions
  • A native speaker should review the Arabic before launch, and we say so every time

WhatsApp-first enquiries

In the UAE a phone call is often the second choice. People prefer to send a message, a photo or a location and get an answer in a few minutes. So the WhatsApp button is not an extra on our designs. It sits in the header, on every service page and at the end of each section where a buyer might hesitate.

We pre-fill the first message with the page the visitor was on, so your team knows what they are asking about. The contact form stays as a second route, and both go to the same inbox. If you want WhatsApp replies handled by an assistant out of hours, that is separate AI automation work and we quote it on its own.

Designing for mainland, free zone and branch businesses

UAE companies sit under different set-ups: mainland companies with a trade licence, free zone companies, and branches of foreign groups. Buyers often check which one you are before they trust you, especially in property, consulting, clinics and trading.

We give your licence details a proper place in the footer and on the contact page, using the wording you give us. We do not write licence numbers or regulator names ourselves, because those must come from your documents. If your sector has advertising rules, such as healthcare or property, your adviser should approve the claims on the page.

Design choices that suit this market

Dubai buyers compare several firms quickly, often on a phone between meetings. First impressions come from clean photography, clear prices or price signals, and proof that you are real: named team, real projects, a licence, a map pin.

We keep pages light so they load on mobile data, put the main action above the fold, and avoid stock images that make every company look the same. Where you have good photos of your own space, product or people, we build around them. Where you do not, we tell you what to shoot before launch.

  • Mobile layout designed first, desktop second
  • Google Business Profile, map and WhatsApp links consistent across the site
  • Page speed checked on a mid-range phone, not only a laptop
  • Basic SEO setup in both languages, with ongoing SEO sold separately

How a design project runs

Week one is a short brief and a call. You send the services, any photos, a sample of sites you like and the licence wording. We reply with a sitemap and a fixed price. Then you see designs of the homepage and one inner page in both languages before we build the rest.

You review on a preview link, ask for changes, and approve each stage. After launch we fix defects for 30 days. You own the code, the designs, the domain and the hosting accounts from day one, registered in your company name.

When a Dubai studio, or a different approach, is the better choice

If you want a designer sitting in your office, running a full-day workshop with your team, or arranging a photo shoot at your premises, a studio in Dubai is the better fit. We cannot be there in person.

If you need a single landing page and nothing else, a template site you edit yourself may be enough, and we will say that. And if your brand identity does not exist yet, hire a branding studio first, then bring us the finished identity to build.

Your data

Personal data and a team in India

The UAE has a federal Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and some free zones, such as DIFC and ADGM, have their own data protection rules. Which applies depends on where your business is registered.

  • We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
  • We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
  • For WhatsApp and email marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You stay responsible for who you message.
  • Websites and consent wording can be built in both Arabic and English.

This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.

How we contract

Clear terms, before you spend anything

The commercial side in plain words. The full wording is in our terms, and your proposal sets the details.

  1. A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
  2. The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
  3. You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
  4. You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
  5. No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
  6. 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.

Quick answers

About cost and timing

The things people ask right after they see a price.

Starter sites start from AED 5,000 for up to five pages. Growth sites with custom design and a CMS run from AED 12,000 to AED 30,000. Premium builds with two languages and integrations run from AED 30,000 to AED 80,000 and above. We agree the figure in writing before work starts, and it stays fixed unless you change the scope.

It depends on pages, languages and how fast you send content. A small site can be ready in a few weeks, and a bilingual or custom build takes longer. We give you a dated plan with the quote. The most common delay is waiting for photos and approved copy, so we ask for those in week one.

We quote in AED and agree the payment steps in writing, usually tied to project stages. Invoice format, VAT treatment and the paying entity are things to confirm with your own accountant, and we will issue invoices in the form they ask for. Our contract is in English.

Dubai & UAE FAQ

Questions about Web development in Dubai & UAE

Cost, timing, trust and ownership, answered before you ask.

Still have a question?

Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.

Yes. We build a right-to-left layout, use Arabic-ready typefaces, write separate Arabic copy and set up language URLs and tags. Tone and dialect matter to readers, so we ask a native speaker to review the Arabic before it goes live. That review is part of the plan, and we flag it clearly.

You get senior designers and developers at a price set for the UAE, without paying for a Dubai office. Our working day is 09:00 to 21:00 India time, which is 07:30 to 19:30 in Dubai, so we are online for your whole day. The trade-off is that we are remote, and we say so upfront.

Yes, once you give us the wording. We place licence details in the footer and contact page and keep them consistent across both languages. We do not write licence numbers or regulatory statements ourselves. If your sector has advertising rules, your adviser should approve the claims before launch.

Yes. We add click-to-chat buttons that open WhatsApp with a message that already names the page the visitor was on. Enquiries from forms and WhatsApp can go to the same inbox. Automated replies and chat assistants are a separate AI automation job, and we quote them separately.

You do. The domain, hosting, code, designs and analytics accounts are registered in your company name. We work as added users. If you stop working with us, you keep everything and nothing is locked behind our login. Third-party tools such as a theme licence or booking plugin are billed to you directly.
