Your afternoons, live

We work 09:00 to 21:00 India time, Monday to Saturday. In Sydney and Melbourne that is 13:30 to 01:30 in AEST and 14:30 to 02:30 in AEDT, so we overlap with your afternoons and keep building after you finish.

  • Your afternoons, liveMonday to Saturday, reply within 12 hours.
  • Quoted in USDPrices set for this market.
  • Price agreed upfrontWritten scope, one price, milestone payments.
  • You own everythingCode, accounts and content stay in your name.

Most Australian small businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need the enquiry that arrived at 8pm answered before the competitor does, the quote chased on day three, and the booking confirmed without someone retyping it. That is AI automation for small business in Australia as we practise it from Noida, India.

A single automation starts from $2,500, in US dollars, and the price is agreed before we begin. We build inside the software you already use, so your team does not learn a new system.

We overlap live with your afternoons and evenings: our 09:00 to 21:00 IST day is 13:30 to 01:30 in Sydney and Melbourne during AEST, and 14:30 to 02:30 during AEDT. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours.

The jobs that eat a small business owner's week

Ask a tradie, a physio or a boutique agency owner where the time goes and the answers are close to identical. Returning calls after a job. Typing quotes at the kitchen table. Chasing a customer who said they would think about it. Copying details from an email into a job system.

We list these tasks with you, rank them by the time they cost, and automate the top one first. If it earns its keep, we do the next. We do not build a big system before one small thing has proved itself.

What we build for Australian businesses

Most projects are small and specific. This is what people usually ask for.

  • Lead follow-up: a fast reply to a new web or ad enquiry, then a gentle nudge by SMS or email if the lead goes quiet
  • Quote admin: a form that feeds your job software, a quote draft for your approval and a reminder sequence after it is sent
  • Booking admin: confirmations, reminders and reschedule links that cut no-shows without a person ringing round
  • A website or messaging assistant that answers common questions from your own content and passes the rest to you
  • A weekly summary showing what the automation handled and what it handed over

SMS, email and the Spam Act

In Australia, SMS and email are the channels customers answer, so most follow-up runs on them. The Spam Act 2003 sets three rules for commercial messages: you need consent, the message must say who sent it, and there must be a working way to unsubscribe. We build the sequence around those rules and make the unsubscribe step work.

Whether a given message counts as commercial, and what counts as consent for your customers, is a question for your adviser. We build what you approve. Voice calls fall under different rules again, and we do not build outbound calling.

Customer data, the Privacy Act and APP 8

Automations handle names, phone numbers, addresses and messages. Whether the Privacy Act applies to your business depends on things like your size and whether you handle health information, so ask your adviser. If it does, the Australian Privacy Principles apply, and APP 8 deals with disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient. Many AI and messaging tools are hosted overseas, and so is our team.

We write down what personal data each automation touches, where it is stored, which tools and companies see it and who in our team has access. The accounts stay in your name. We claim no compliance or certification. Confirm what you need with your own adviser before anything goes live.

Honest limits of automation

Automation does not fix a broken process. If your quoting depends on a judgement only you can make, we automate the admin around that judgement and leave the judgement to you.

AI assistants can also be wrong. That is why ours answer only from content you approve, say clearly that they are automated and hand over to a person when unsure. A broken step can also stop follow-ups quietly for days, so we add alerts on the steps that matter most. We do not promise extra sales or a fixed number of saved hours.

Working across the time difference

We build and test in our day, which runs into your evening. You write the brief or approve the replies in your afternoon, and the next morning the work is waiting. Perth is closer: our day is 11:30 to 23:30 in AWST, so its overlap is longer.

We have no live cover in your mornings and are closed on Sunday. If an automation fails on a Sunday, the alert reaches us when we start on Monday. For anything that cannot wait that long, we agree a manual fallback with you before launch. If you would rather deal with a local team, that is a fair choice.

Your data

Personal data and a team in India

Australia's Privacy Act 1988 covers many businesses, and Australian Privacy Principle 8 deals with sending personal information overseas. Many small businesses are outside the Act, but not all, and the rules are under review.

  • We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
  • We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
  • Whether the Act applies to you, and what APP 8 asks of you, is for your own adviser. We give them the facts about how we work.
  • We tell you honestly when a local team would suit you better, for example for work that needs to be on site or in person.

This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.

How we contract

Clear terms, before you spend anything

The commercial side in plain words. The full wording is in our terms, and your proposal sets the details.

  1. A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
  2. The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
  3. You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
  4. You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
  5. No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
  6. 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.

Quick answers

About cost and timing

The things people ask right after they see a price.

One automation, such as lead follow-up or a form-to-job-software flow, is from $2,500 in US dollars. An assistant with a few connected workflows is $5,000 to $12,000. AI and messaging usage fees go on your own account. The price is agreed before we start and holds while the scope does.

A starter automation is usually live within a few weeks, once we have your examples and tool access. Larger builds take longer. You get the timeline in writing after the first call. Delays usually come from waiting on access or approvals, so we name one person to unblock us.

Australia FAQ

Questions about AI automation in Australia

Cost, timing, trust and ownership, answered before you ask.

Still have a question?

Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.

No. We build inside the tools you already pay for, such as your calendar, CRM, job software, spreadsheets and email. If a tool cannot do the job, we say so and suggest the smallest change, which is often a setting or an add-on rather than a new system.

Yes, as long as the people on your list have consented. We build the consent wording, the sender identification and the unsubscribe step into every sequence, in line with the Spam Act. Whether a message needs consent is a question for your adviser, and you approve all wording first.

If the Privacy Act applies to your business, you stay responsible for customer data, and APP 8 covers disclosure to overseas recipients such as tools and teams outside Australia. We document what data is touched and who sees it, and we claim no compliance. Confirm your obligations with your own adviser.

That is why it answers only from content you approve, discloses that it is automated and passes unsure questions to a person. We test it on your real past enquiries before launch, so you read its replies before customers do. We cannot promise it will never be wrong, so we also monitor it.

You do. Workflows, prompts, accounts and data stay in your name, and we hand over written documentation. If you leave us, nothing stops working because we held the keys, and your next provider or your own team can pick it up.

No. Our 09:00 to 21:00 IST day is 13:30 to 01:30 AEST, or 14:30 to 02:30 AEDT, so calls happen in your afternoon and evening. We are closed Sunday. Every message gets a reply within 12 hours, and we agree a fallback for anything urgent.

A small senior team in Noida carries lower overheads, so a modest budget buys experienced people. The trade-off is distance and a quiet morning window. If you need someone on site, or want a local contract under Australian law, a local firm is the safer choice.
