The short answer
A website in Dubai costs what the work behind it costs. A five-page starter site is a small job. A custom portal with logins in Arabic and English is a big one. The label "Dubai" does not set the price. The scope does.
As a worked example, here are our own UAE prices. Starter is from AED 5,000. Growth is AED 12,000 to 30,000. Premium is AED 30,000 to 80,000+. These are Astrafolio's prices only. Other agencies price differently, and we do not publish their numbers because we cannot verify them.
If you want the wider picture first, read how much a website costs in general. This post is about the questions a Dubai or UAE buyer asks.
What drives website cost in Dubai?
Five things move almost every quote in the UAE. Some are the same everywhere. Two are more common here than in most markets.
| Factor | What it means | Effect on price |
|---|---|---|
| Design source | Adapting a template or drawing a custom design | Custom design takes more hours, so it costs more |
| Unique layouts | How many different page designs, not how many pages | The biggest single driver |
| Integrations | Booking, CRM, payment gateway, WhatsApp | Each one adds building and testing time |
| Languages | English only, or Arabic and English | Adds work on every page and every layout |
| Content readiness | Whether copy, photos and product details exist | Missing content must be created by someone |
| Approvals | How many people sign off on the design | More people, more rounds |
Notice that page count is not on the list as a driver by itself. Twelve pages built from four layouts are far less work than twelve pages with twelve layouts.
How much does a website cost in the UAE with Astrafolio?
Here are our plans in AED. These are our own starting points.
| Starter | Growth | Premium | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website (AED) | from AED 5,000 | AED 12,000-30,000 | AED 30,000-80,000+ |
What you get at each tier
Starter gives you up to 5 pages, a mobile-friendly design, a contact form and WhatsApp button, basic SEO setup (titles, sitemap, Search Console) and 30 days of fixes. It does not include a custom logo or brand, copywriting beyond light edits, a blog or editable CMS, an online store or integrations.
Growth gives you up to 15 pages, custom design, a CMS so your team can edit content, on-page SEO and speed work, analytics and conversion tracking, a booking or CRM integration, help with copy and 30 days of fixes. It does not include an online store, custom web-app features, or ongoing SEO or ads.
Premium is a custom web app or portal with logins and dashboards, advanced integrations, two languages (for example Arabic and English) and 30 days of fixes. Hosting, third-party fees and ongoing support are not included. Support is an optional retainer.
If you sell products online, our Shopify online store plan starts from AED 6,000.
Our line is "Flexible on scope. Firm on price." We shape the plan around your budget. Once we agree, the price does not change. Every project is paid in milestones, never all upfront, and you own all the code and accounts in your name.

Does an Arabic website cost more?
Yes, usually. A bilingual site is more than the same pages with translated text. Arabic reads right to left, so layouts have to be mirrored. Menus, forms, spacing and icons all need checking in both directions. Fonts must support both scripts well. Every new page and every later edit now exists twice.
That is why our Premium tier lists two languages as part of the scope, and why a second language is one of the five things that move a quote. If your customers search and read in Arabic, it can be worth it. If most of your enquiries come in English, you can start English-only and add Arabic later, as long as the first build is made so that it can be added. Ask any agency about that before you sign.
The translation itself is a separate cost. A machine translation is cheap and often reads badly. A human translator who knows your industry costs more and reads better. Plan for it as its own line.
Costs outside the quote
A quote covers the build. Several other costs sit around it.
- Domain. A yearly fee to a registrar, in your name.
- Hosting. Prices vary by host and by how much traffic you expect.
- Arabic translation. Paid to a translator, as above.
- Legal and licence pages. Privacy policy, terms and any wording linked to your trade licence are your own adviser's job. We build the pages. We do not write legal text.
- Third-party tools. Booking tools, CRM subscriptions, email software and some plugins charge monthly or yearly.
- Content. Photography, video and long-form copy are often separate from the build.
- Maintenance. Sites need updates, backups and security checks.
- VAT. Ask whether the quote includes VAT or adds it, and confirm the treatment with your accountant.
A new site also does not bring visitors by itself. Getting people to it is a separate job. Our monthly services are priced apart from the build, in AED: paid ads management from AED 4,400 per month plus ad spend paid direct to Google and Meta, SEO from AED 3,700 per month on a 3-month minimum, and social media management from AED 3,300 per month. See Digital marketing in Dubai for how that work runs.
How do you compare quotes from different Dubai agencies?
Two quotes with the same headline number can hide very different amounts of work. Ask every agency the same questions, and get the answers in writing.
- What exactly is included? Pages, unique layouts, integrations, and who writes the copy.
- What is not included? Logo, CMS, store, hosting, Arabic, support.
- Is Arabic priced, and how? Ask whether it is RTL design plus translation, or text only.
- Who owns the code and accounts? They should be in your name from day one.
- How is payment split? Look for milestones tied to progress, not everything upfront.
- What happens after launch? Ask whether fixes are included, and for how long. We include 30 days.
- Is VAT included? Compare like with like.
Be careful with a quote that is far below the others. The work does not vanish. It usually comes back as extras, a template with your logo on it, or a site you cannot edit. And a very high quote is not proof of quality either. Ask what the extra money buys.
If an agency cannot answer in writing, treat that as your answer.
Why would a Dubai business use an Indian agency?
The honest reasons are simple. Our team is senior, we work from Noida, and our prices are set for the UAE market in AED, not converted from another currency. We are open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 21:00 IST. That is 07:30 to 19:30 Dubai time, so your whole working day is covered. You pay for the work, not for a local office.
The trade-off is that we are not in the room. We hold calls on your schedule and every message gets a reply within 12 hours. For more on how that works in practice, read how to hire an offshore development team. For what we build and for whom in the Emirates, see our web development company in Dubai page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost in Dubai?
It depends on scope. Our own UAE prices are from AED 5,000 for Starter, AED 12,000 to 30,000 for Growth and AED 30,000 to 80,000+ for Premium. Other agencies price differently, so compare what each quote includes.
How much does a website cost in the UAE for a small business?
For a small business that needs a few pages, a contact form and basic SEO, our Starter plan is from AED 5,000. If you need a CMS, custom design or a booking integration, Growth is the better fit at AED 12,000 to 30,000.
Does a bilingual Arabic and English website cost more?
Usually yes. Arabic needs right-to-left layouts, font choices and testing on every page, plus translation. Our Premium plan includes two languages. If you want Arabic on a smaller site, tell us at the start and we will quote it.
Are hosting, domain and VAT included in the price?
Domain and hosting are paid to the providers directly and are not in our quote. We will tell you what you need at the proposal stage. Ask any agency whether VAT is included, and check the treatment with your accountant.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
Yes. You own all the code and accounts, and the accounts are in your name. Nothing is held back.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Every plan includes 30 days of fixes after launch. After that, we quote further work, and Premium clients can take an optional support retainer.
