We are a digital marketing agency for Abu Dhabi businesses, run by senior marketers in Noida, India, and we work with you remotely. We plan and manage Google and Meta ads in Arabic and English, set up tracking so you can count calls, WhatsApp chats and forms, and report every month in plain words. Paid ads management starts from AED 4,400 a month, plus the ad spend you pay directly to Google and Meta. We agree the fee in writing before any work starts.
The UAE has no daylight saving and sits 90 minutes behind India all year. Our 09:00 to 21:00 IST day, Monday to Saturday, is 07:30 to 19:30 in Abu Dhabi. That covers your whole working day, and every message gets a reply within 12 hours.
We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. This page explains what we do well from a distance, what Abu Dhabi marketing needs that is different from the rest of the UAE, and the cases where you should hire someone local instead.
Abu Dhabi is not a smaller Dubai
A lot of Abu Dhabi demand is steady, planned and institutional. A parent chooses a school over several months. A patient picks a clinic on trust and location. A company shortlists three suppliers and then asks for a proposal. Impulse buying exists, but it is a smaller part of the picture than in a trading city.
That changes how we build campaigns. Ads aim at the question the buyer is really asking, such as fees, intake dates, insurance, licences or viewing times. Landing pages carry the answers, so the enquiry that arrives is already informed.
- Longer decisions: we plan for retargeting over weeks, not one-day offers
- Fewer, better enquiries: tracking set up to count qualified ones, not just form fills
Who we run campaigns for in the capital
The sectors that fit Abu Dhabi best are the ones the city is known for. Each needs a different set of ads and a different first reply.
- Clinics and hospitals: appointment campaigns by treatment and district, with calls and WhatsApp tracked separately
- Property developers and brokers: launch campaigns for off-plan projects and listings on islands such as Yas, Saadiyat and Al Reem
- Schools, nurseries and universities: enrolment campaigns timed to the admission cycle, aimed at parents and students
- Hotels, venues and tourism businesses: seasonal campaigns for residents and visitors, built around Meta and Google
- Professional firms: Google Search for people who already know what service they need
Permits, licences and what we ask you for
Some Abu Dhabi advertising needs approval before it runs. Property advertisements in the emirate need a permit issued through the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre and its DARI platform, under the system called Madhmoun. Healthcare advertising has its own approval route and its own rules on wording. Education and finance have sector rules too.
We build the ads, and you hold the permits. Before launch we ask for the permit numbers, licence details and the exact wording your adviser has approved, and we keep a record of what was signed off. We do not interpret regulations or promise that an ad will pass a review. Please confirm the current rules with your own adviser or regulator, because they change.
Arabic and English campaigns side by side
In Abu Dhabi many people search and scroll in Arabic, and many switch to English for work or for a specific service. We build the two languages as separate campaigns with their own keywords, ads, landing pages and budgets. That way the report shows which language brings enquiries and which costs more, instead of blending them.
Arabic ad copy is written for the reader, not translated word for word, and right-to-left landing pages are tested on a phone before launch. We recommend a native Arabic reader approves every ad and page. Dialect and tone change how a message feels, and we plan that review into the schedule.
Google, Meta and WhatsApp, in that order of thinking
Google Search catches people who are ready now: a clinic search near Khalidiyah, a firm search from an office in Al Maryah. Meta reaches people who did not know they needed you yet, and suits property, schools, beauty, dining and hotels. We often start with Search for the buyers already looking, then add Meta once the offer and the landing page are working.
The first contact is often WhatsApp. We set up a click-to-chat button from the ad and agree a reply routine with you. If replies are slow, the ad budget leaks, and we will say so in the first report instead of spending more on top. Ramadan, summer travel and school admissions move demand too, so we agree a calendar at the start.
When a local agency is the better choice
If your tender or procurement rules need a UAE-registered supplier, we cannot meet that and you should hire locally. If you want a person at your reception, at an event or at a photo shoot, a local team is better.
If your website cannot convert a visitor, ads will only pay to send people to a weak page. We will tell you that in the audit and quote the fix separately, or suggest you wait.

Your data
Personal data and a team in India
The UAE has a federal Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and some free zones, such as DIFC and ADGM, have their own data protection rules. Which applies depends on where your business is registered.
- We write down which personal data we would see, where it is stored and who has access, and agree it in writing.
- We work inside your accounts and tools, so the data stays under your control, and you can remove our access.
- For WhatsApp and email marketing, we build consent capture into the workflow. You stay responsible for who you message.
- Websites and consent wording can be built in both Arabic and English.
This is plain-language information about how we work, not legal advice. Please have your own adviser check what applies to your business.
How we contract
Clear terms, before you spend anything
The commercial side in plain words. The full wording is in our terms, and your proposal sets the details.
- A written proposal comes firstScope, deliverables, milestones, price and timeline, in writing. Work starts when you accept it.
- The price does not moveOnce agreed, the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Changes to scope are quoted as a written change request and only built once you approve them.
- You pay by milestoneProjects are paid in milestones set in your proposal. No project is billed in full upfront. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
- You own the workCode, designs and accounts are registered to your company from day one. We keep our own pre-existing tools and methods.
- No lock-inEither side can end a project with written notice, and you pay for the work done up to then. Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice.
- 30 days of fixes after launchDefects in what we delivered are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features and third-party changes are quoted separately.
Quick answers
About cost and timing
The things people ask right after they see a price.
Paid ads management starts from AED 4,400 a month and social media management from AED 3,300 a month. Ad spend is separate and goes straight from your card to Google and Meta. The final fee depends on channels, languages and the number of branches or projects. We put it in writing before starting, and it stays fixed.
First enquiries can arrive in the first few weeks, but the first month is mostly testing offers, audiences and pages. Most accounts settle after two to three months. Longer decisions, like schools and developments, take longer to show in sales. We do not promise lead numbers or returns and we say plainly what the data shows.
The monthly fee is quoted in AED and agreed in writing, with the scope on the invoice. Ad spend is never paid through us. Ask your accountant about any tax details your records need, and tell us the fields before the first invoice so we can match them.

Still have a question?
Thirty minutes with us usually answers everything, including whether we are the right fit.
Yes. Arabic and English run as separate campaigns with their own keywords, copy and landing pages, so the report shows which one performs. We write Arabic for the reader and recommend a native speaker approves it before launch. Right-to-left pages are checked on real phones.
Yes, inside the rules. You provide your licences and the permits your sector needs, such as a property advertising permit, and your adviser approves the claims. We write ads to match what was approved and keep a record. We will not run an ad you cannot support, and we say so early.
You get senior people and a price built for our cost base, not for a capital-city office. Our day equals 07:30 to 19:30 Abu Dhabi time, Monday to Saturday. The limit is that we work remotely, with no office or on-site visits, and we cannot act as a UAE-registered supplier.
You do. Ad accounts, pixels, analytics and creative sit in your name from day one, and we are added as managers. If we part ways you keep everything, including the account structure and reporting notes, so a new team can continue without starting over.
Each month you get a short report in plain language: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, what changed and what we will test next. We can present it on a call with your reviewers. Numbers come from your own accounts, so anyone with access can check them.
We set up click-to-chat from ads and agree a reply routine with your team. We do not staff your inbox. If you want faster first replies, our AI automation service can answer first and pass the lead to a person. Every message to us gets a reply within 12 hours.
